“Community Owned” Industrial Wind Turbines

The Wind Industry pushes a product that sounds warm and fuzzy. It sounds like these turbines might be smaller, and not “Industrial Sized.” Don’t be fooled, as it is not about the size of the project, it is about the way it is financed and presented. Community Wind is industrial sized wind turbines. It is not a single turbine, it can be a string of industrial sized wind turbines.
Please watch these two videos from Vinalhaven, Maine. These videos are not only about noise, but also about how the people were mislead, and how this project has destroyed their community and their lives.
These people learned that peace and quiet in a healthy environment is priceless.
